"Employees Only" Manhattan

Rye, Cocchi Americano, Grand Marnier

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Rittenhouse or Old Overholt Rye 
  • 2 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • .75 oz. Grand Marnier

Instructions:

  • Stir (40 revolutions) and strain into a chilled coupe
  • Add a maraschino cherry

Notes:

  • This is a fun spin on the classic Manhattan from the New York bar Employees Only. 
  • Adding an orange peel/orange bitters also goes well with this drink due to the Grand Marnier.
