I'm an entrepreneur and cocktail enthusiast. 

A Manhattan (pictured above) is my go to drink. I'm from Denver, Colorado, which is where I currently reside. However, I spent a wonderful 13 years living in New York City which greatly opened up my eyes to the world of cocktails. I experienced many many many bars through my 20s while living in the East Village.

The bar that most influenced me was Louis 649. A tiny bar on the northwest corner 9th Street and Avenue C. The drinks opened my eyes to what a cocktail could be. One of my first drinks there was a Brown Derby. Bourbon, Honey, Grapefruit Juice, so simple, yet such a delicious cocktail.

I also had the good fortune of marrying a woman from New Orleans. She and her family helped open me up to an entire new world of cocktails.
