Clover Club Cocktail

Gin, Dry Vermouth, Simple Syrup, Egg White, Raspberries

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Beefeater Gin
  • .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 5 Raspberries

Instructions:

  • Put gin, vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and rasberries into shaker. 
  • Muddle raspberries
  • Dry shake for about 20 seconds
  • Shake with ice for 10 seconds
  • Double strain into chilled coupe .

 

Notes:

  • Garnish with a raspberry
